Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial equipment and hands-on solutions? Join our team as an
Outside Sales Account Manager
and take charge of a well-established territory in
Kalamazoo, MI . You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance
fluid process equipment
with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
Promote and sell a wide range of
fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals , and related services.
Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service.
Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.
Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.
Experience, Education and Skills
High School diploma or GED required;
2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree
preferred.
2+ years of industrial sales experience , ideally in
fluid handling and rotating equipment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.
