We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Mobile, AL, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions and more. Pay:

$70,000 - $400,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)

Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Inform customers about how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and support they receive. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our jobsite solutions.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious and innovative with a proven outside sales track record

Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred, but not required; training available for the right candidate

Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services

Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrives in a team environment

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
