Key Responsibilities
Set and execute strategic vision for the division
Oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and quality improvement initiatives
Mentor faculty, fellows, and residents; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
Advance research, education, and clinical missions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Lead through major campus expansion and innovation in pediatric care
The Candidate The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with:
Board certification in Urology (American Board of Urology) and subspecialty certification in Pediatric Urology
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in pediatric urology
Demonstrated success in academic leadership, quality improvement, and team building
Eligibility for Texas medical licensure
Commitment to advancing clinical quality, patient safety, and research productivity
