Senior Drupal CMS Editor Location: McLean, VA – Onsite

Position Overview Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, managing team backlog, content auditing, and implementing modifications for regular releases and scheduled updates. Your expertise will help troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure consistency and compliance with best practices in digital communications.

Must Have Qualifications

6-7 years of experience in Project Management.

Experience with project management systems such as Jira, Wrike, or similar.

Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Ability to support managing project timelines, documentation, and content audits.

Strong communication skills to work with clients and management teams.

Execute web-based initiatives for multiple divisions to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.

Your Impact

In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing digital content to life and advancing our business objectives. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our web properties remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.

Create, administer, and publish digital content across corporate web platforms.

Review and ensure quality and accuracy of all published materials.

Maintain site standards in accordance with brand guidelines and user experience recommendations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect effective content publishing.

Identify opportunities for improvement and address inconsistencies within digital content.

Collaborate with digital product owners, front-end and back-end developers, and other stakeholders.

Support ongoing documentation, content audits, and scheduled updates for regular releases.

Create, refine, and assign backlog requests, ensuring each request is directed to the appropriate site lead for further action or delegation.

Regularly interact with client leads and management teams to discuss content requests, business areas, and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

4-6 years of hands‑on experience with content management systems, with demonstrated expertise in Drupal or other CMS platforms.

4-6 years of experience with HTML and CSS, including troubleshooting and optimizing web performance and accessibility.

Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1).

2-4 years of experience in a customer or client‑facing role, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.

2-3 years of experience using project management and workflow tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Monday.com, or Asana).

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.

Experience with digital media, marketing, and website development, including search engine optimization (SEO) and content governance.

Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data.
