Regional Sales Manager – Blowers & Compressors Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Location Northeast United States (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania)

Travel Extensive travel throughout the USA and Canada (Northeast Region)

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced

Regional Sales Manager

to lead sales efforts across the Northeast USA. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with a strong background in pneumatic or chemical metering systems. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer relationships and sales opportunities.

Size and specify blowers and compressors for customer applications.

Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.

Maintain and grow the customer base by building strong relationships with key accounts.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.

Provide strategic planning and sales forecasting.

Offer application assistance and technical support to customers.

Manage projects from inception to completion.

Proactively solve problems and anticipate customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate leadership in a team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the pneumatic or chemical metering industry.

Strong motivation for sales and business development.

Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of equipment and applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
