Manager of Visual Merchandising, Design & Photography
to join one of our top global retail partners. This role plays a key part in shaping how the brand comes to life visually across stores and campaigns through compelling design, photography, and creative storytelling.
About the Role The Manager of Visual Merchandising, Design & Photography will support the creative execution of monthly store communications, visual presentations, and brand activations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, photography, and retail strategy
blending artistic vision with practical execution to elevate the in-store customer experience. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and field visual teams to translate merchandising strategies into beautiful, consistent, and brand-aligned visuals.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and layout of monthly Visual Guide templates, store communication tools, and presentation decks Develop visual mockups and 3D renderings to bring in-store concepts and experiences to life Execute high-quality studio photography and photo retouching aligned with brand standards Partner with creative leadership on collateral and prop design for product launches and activations Translate merchandising strategies into visually engaging tools and assets Support production timelines, ensure consistency and quality across deliverables Collaborate across Marketing, Field Visual, Communications, and other teams to align creative execution Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative creative culture Travel occasionally for studio shoots or brand-facing projects
Must-Haves 46 years of experience in
graphic design, photography, and 3D rendering Experience in a
retail or visual merchandising
environment strongly preferred Strong portfolio
showcasing creative design and visual storytelling Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience with
3D rendering tools
(e.g., SketchUp, Blender) Familiarity with
collaboration platforms
(Figma, Miro, Airtable, SharePoint) Skilled in preparing
print-ready mechanical files
and collaborating with print vendors Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
