Contract Opportunity: Visual Designer/Manager – Design & Photography
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the graphic design and layout of monthly Visual Guide templates, store communication tools, and presentation decks
Create visual mockups and 3D renderings to conceptualize in-store experiences
Partner with the Director of Visual Design and Creative Services on collateral, props, and product launch materials
Execute high-quality studio photography and photo retouching in alignment with brand standards
Translate merchandising strategies into compelling visual assets and tools
Stay current on design trends, photography techniques, and visual merchandising best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Field Visual, Communications, and Translation to ensure timely delivery and consistency
Support production timelines and maintain quality across all outputs
Contribute to improving design processes, tools, and workflows
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and creative team environment
Travel as needed for store shoots or brand-facing projects
Qualifications:
4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, photography, and 3D rendering, ideally within retail or visual merchandising
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, 3D renderings, and visual storytelling
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D design software
Proficient in collaboration platforms such as Figma, Miro, Airtable, and SharePoint
Experience preparing print-ready mechanical files and collaborating with print vendors
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong eye for detail, design trends, and visual curation
Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
