Someone who's been in the trenches, built campaigns from scratch, and understands what separates inbox-clogging spam from genuine, conversion-driving communication. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle:
From prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close
Build and execute outreach campaigns:
Leverage Skyp (and show us what we're missing) to generate qualified pipeline
Be a strategic partner:
Work directly with our founding team to shape our GTM strategy, messaging, and product roadmap
Iterate relentlessly:
Test hypotheses, analyze data, and optimize campaigns in real-time
Educate the market:
Help us evangelize a smarter way to do outbound sales through authentic engagement and thought leadership
Scale what works:
Document processes and playbooks that can be replicated as we grow
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
Startup DNA:
2+ years of sales experience at early-stage startups (Series A or earlier preferred). You thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
Outreach expertise:
Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing multi-touch outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Lead generation mastery:
You've personally built lists, written copy, set up sequences, and generated pipeline—not just managed it
Self-starter mentality:
You don't wait for instructions. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute.
Data-driven approach:
You know your metrics cold (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) and use them to guide decisions
Tool fluency:
Experience with sales engagement platforms, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and prospecting tools (HeyReach, Apollo, Instantly, RB2B, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling to sales teams or GTM tools
Background in demand generation or growth marketing
Familiarity with AI tools in the sales workflow
Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional platforms
Previous experience at a YC company or similar accelerator-backed startup
