We are seeking a Sr. Archer Platform Engineer to join our Risk & Compliance Technology team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Archer platform, with a focus on platform-level engineering, advanced workflow configurations, and integration with enterprise systems. This role is critical to ensuring that the Archer GRC platform effectively supports the firm’s Risk, Compliance, and Governance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Archer platform components, including access control, data feeds, and environment management.
Develop and enhance advanced Archer workflows, calculations, and data-driven events.
Manage Archer platform upgrades, patches, and system integrations.
Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Archer solutions.
Ensure Archer platform stability, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to support Archer platform operations and integrations.
Provide best practices guidance for Archer solution development and platform optimization.
Support Archer platform migrations, environment refreshes, and release management.
Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in RSA Archer administration/engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Archer platform-level engineering (Access control, system maintenance, environment setup).
Expertise in advanced workflows, data-driven events, calculations, and UI customization.
Solid knowledge of Archer data feeds, integrations, and APIs.
Experience in Archer platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) concepts and regulatory requirements.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
RSA Archer Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
Experience working in Risk, Compliance, or Financial Services organizations.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and IIS as they relate to Archer platform.
Familiarity with Agile delivery model.
