AI and MLOps Engineer
The Opportunity: As an AIOps and MLOps engineer, you understand that machine learning is critical to processing and analyzing massive datasets. Your ability to build, deploy, and maintain AI or ML infrastructure makes you an integral part of delivering robust AI solutions to answer challenging problems and deliver customer-focused solutions. We need your technical expertise and domain knowledge to support the development of generative AI and natural language platforms. As an MLOps engineer in support of strategic innovations, you'll be implementing cutting-edge ML and DevOps technologies to accelerate our clients' understanding of their data. In this role, you'll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You'll collaborate with a large community of data scientists, solution architects, software engineers, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions. Your advanced consulting skills and hands-on experience will guide clients as they navigate the constantly evolving landscape of various AI or ML tools and frameworks. You will also be involved in shaping team direction and will work without considerable direction, including mentoring and supervising team members. You Have: 2+ years of experience working in software engineering, DevOps, or data roles
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend service development
Experience working within Linux environments, including SSH, command-line workflows, and basic file editing
Experience using Git for version control
Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience developing or maintaining simple APIs or services using FastAPI or Flask
Experience building, deploying, or supporting ML or AI applications
Knowledge of Python packaging and dependency management
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as SageMaker, MLflow, or Airflow
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana
Experience with GPU-programming, including CUDA, RAPIDs, or similar
Experience in a healthcare or public health domain
