$20 / hour The Customer Relations Manager position offers a pay scale that includes a base hourly wage of $20, potential commissions based on sales performance with no upper limit, and possible production bonuses based on individual or team achievements. As part of Sonic Automotive, you'll have access to resources and support to develop your skills. Our dealerships prioritize your success and future. Responsibilities include: Scheduling service appointments and gathering customer and vehicle information. Greeting customers promptly and courteously. Providing accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, and establishing promised completion times. Monitoring repair progress, communicating with customers about changes, and obtaining approvals for additional repairs. Test-driving vehicles or referring to technicians as needed. Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings at or above manufacturer, zone, or branch averages. Advising customers on vehicle care and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Adhering to safety and environmental regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand instructions and information. At least two years of experience in retail sales or customer service. Knowledge of vehicle mechanics is preferred. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Authorized to work in the USA. Ability to pass pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license. Availability to work weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturdays.
