Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides detailed and strategic support to the CFO, CMO, CPO, and CIO, and also assists the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role ensures that the Company meets its strategic business and financial goals, fosters a professional environment, and protects the confidentiality of executive offices.

Responsibilities

Serve as a confidential thought partner for multiple executives and the leadership team.

Manage heavy calendars for multiple executives, prioritizing corporate initiatives and project timelines while maintaining flexibility for back‑to‑back schedules.

Coordinate complex, multi‑city international and domestic travel for individuals and groups.

Handle meeting logistics, including video‑conference troubleshooting, agenda distribution, technical support, catering, and post‑meeting follow‑up.

Edit and support key presentations and deliverables using advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Prepare expense reports and perform audit‑style reconciliation with the internal finance department.

Assist with corporate events, large party meetings, and welcoming new Support Center employees.

Maintain a clean, professional workspace, break areas, and conference rooms.

Provide a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for employees and guests, including front‑desk and mail‑room support.

Qualifications

7+ years of business operations experience with excellent organization, gatekeeping, privacy, and anticipation skills.

5+ years as a C‑suite Executive Assistant.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft 365).

Strong relationship‑building and staff‑communication skills.

Flexibility to work early, non‑traditional hours, and travel domestically; international travel preferred.

Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative and a cultural leadership mindset.

Confidential management of Board of Directors materials and meetings.

Valid U.S. Passport and, ideally, Notary Public status in Colorado.

Reliable transportation and willingness to run local errands as needed.

Compensation Targeted salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 per year.

Location 1720 S. Bellaire Street, Skybox, Denver, CO 80222.

Physical Demands The position requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with reasonable accommodations available.
