Wabash College, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC), seeks a passionate and dedicated Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach to support the Head Coach in all coaching, recruiting, and program administration activities. Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and conducting practices and game preparation Provide on‑field instruction and motivation to student‑athletes Support recruitment of high‑character student‑athletes aligned with Wabash’s mission Foster positive relationships with recruits, players, alumni, campus partners, and the broader lacrosse community Ensure compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and institutional policies Contribute to the overall operation, culture, and success of the lacrosse program Utilize modern technology and social media to support team operations and recruiting Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Previous coaching and/or collegiate playing experience in men’s lacrosse Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain quality student‑athletes Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, recruiting platforms, social media, and video analysis tools Benefits
