Description
Manage all on-site activities for a $30M townhome project in Portland, ensuring project milestones are met.
Supervise subcontractors and staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions.
Maintain construction schedules and budgets, ensuring the project stays on track.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to support project needs.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on-site.
