About the Role
We’re a multi-brand streetwear fashion company seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce growth and elevate brand awareness across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative — someone who knows the streetwear space, lives online, and can turn clicks into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
Oversee and optimize content across Shopify, social media, and email marketing
Plan and execute weekly drops, sales, and promotions across multiple brands
Create or direct graphics and short‑form videos to boost engagement
Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve ROI
Collaborate with creative and product teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging
Stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities for growth
What You Bring
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in performance and conversion optimization
Hands‑on experience with Shopify and e‑commerce
Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion culture, and youth‑driven marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools
Solid graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Suite preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
