Job Summary The success of this role is measured by account retention and rounding revenue, proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers and other divisions within the agency, and training/mentorship of service staff as needed.
Responsibilities
Coordination of projects across Enterprise.
Develop and maintain client relationships in an assigned book of business to retain and cross‑sell policies.
Consult clients and prospects regarding their total cost of risk.
Provide solutions to clients and prospects to address their business and insurance issues, and prepare capability presentations.
Cross‑sell identification and coordination.
Responsible for client retention, with goals to be set annually.
Oversee renewal timeline.
Work closely with market underwriters on review and negotiation of quotes, including coverage, pricing and commissions.
Review and proof of proposals.
Coordinate client onboarding.
Assist CSRs on service‑related tasks occasionally.
Identify and leverage all marketing resources to include direct carrier appointments, wholesalers/brokers and Acrisure resources.
Identify, develop, and execute best practices with operational processes and procedures, including implementation and training.
Assist in divisional/departmental/agency growth by fostering relationships with prospects, carriers and internal sources.
Monitor weekly/monthly renewal reports to assure completion and compliance with agency standards.
Attend all carrier & team meetings.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements
Excellent project management and time‑management skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance policies, endorsements, contractual insurance requirements, certificates of insurance and loss runs.
Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats with external and internal people and groups.
Knowledge of business English, to include proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds and with co‑workers at all levels.
Ability to follow instructions in verbal and written format.
Ability to demonstrate moral character, honesty, tact, fairness, lack of prejudice and desire to help when dealing with people.
Excellent skills in reliability, initiative and stress tolerance.
Ability to perform in a professional appearance and manner.
Competent and proficient understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
General working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Apps, workflow engines and other software platforms.
Education & Experience
Property and Casualty license required.
5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance in an agency setting.
High School diploma or equivalent.
