Job Description Position Summary
The Field Marketing Manager provides on‑property marketing support for Aspen Hospitality Limelight Hotel properties, ensuring brand‑right execution across programming, partnerships, and property‑level marketing needs. The role combines light creative production, operational marketing support, and guest‑facing brand stewardship to deliver best‑in‑class experiences on property. It also supports hosting of media and influencers to ensure seamless logistics, brand consistency, and memorable guest experiences that reflect Aspen Hospitality’s standards. Reports to the Senior Director of Brand Programming & Partnerships.
Location & Compensation Location: Ketchum, ID or Mammoth Lakes, CA—must live in one of these markets. Salary range: $65 000 – $85 000 (additional bonus eligibility).

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities
Design and adapt property‑level marketing assets (menus, signage, flyers, digital screens, in‑room materials) using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
Coordinate with the Creative shared services team for larger‑scale or brand development needs.
Ensure all property collateral and guest‑facing materials reflect Aspen Hospitality’s luxury brand standards.
Support property programming leaders in executing events, activations, and local partnerships and securing promotion for upcoming experiences/events.
Act as an on‑property liaison, ensuring programming is supported with signage, collateral, communications, and guest‑facing materials.
Surface and help pitch ideas for local activations or partnerships that align with property programming.
Provide critical information for our GTM 360‑degree marketing calendar & help to brief in programming & business promotional needs from creative to PR, social, influencer and more.
Assist with the hosting of media and influencers staying at or visiting the property as well as bookings, F&B arrangements, on‑site hosting, and day‑of experience coordination.
Support content creation during visits, including photography, video, interviews, and influencer deliverables.
Serve as the on‑property marketing contact for General Managers, assisting with operational marketing needs (F&B, Spa, Events, guest communications).
Ensure GM‑driven marketing requests are briefed into Creative or Marketing when additional resources are needed.
Partner with Creative, PR, Social, and Influencer shared service teams to ensure campaigns and activations are properly supported.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
3–5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, events, or brand support.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with design software (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; confident working with GMs, media, influencers, and cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Experience supporting media/influencer hosting and content creation.
Passion for hospitality, luxury guest experiences, and brand storytelling.
Ability to provide property‑level insights and feedback to Programming and Marketing leaders to inform future initiatives.
Ability to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of on‑property activations and communicate updates to shared services and leadership.
Ability to work collaboratively with Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high‑quality guest and media experiences.
Ability to demonstrate a solutions‑oriented mindset, proactively problem‑solving when bottlenecks or challenges arise.
Ability to contribute to a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and brand stewardship on property.
Ability to collaborate with Hospitality Marketing and Programming leadership to ensure property‑level execution is consistent with broader brand goals.
Ability to collaborate with PR and Social teams to ensure hosting aligns with media and influencer strategies.
Additional Information Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements.
No adverse or hazardous conditions.
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance.
