Responsibilities

The Integrity Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain fixed equipment mechanical integrity (MI) programs in accordance with OSHA 1910.119, API, and company standards.

Support inspection and testing programs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, storage tanks, and other stationary assets.

Review inspection data, corrosion monitoring results, and non‑destructive examination (NDE) reports to assess equipment condition and remaining life.

Perform fitness‑for‑service (FFS) evaluations, failure analyses, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement strategies.

Maintain and update inspection records and equipment data in the plant’s asset integrity management system (AIMS).

Develop and maintain inspection plans, corrosion circuits, and risk‑based inspection (RBI) analyses to optimize inspection intervals and resources.

Relocation provided. Texas residents preferred. $130K-$140K.

Requirements

The Integrity Engineer will have a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in fixed equipment integrity, inspection, or reliability engineering in a chemical, refining, or petrochemical environment.

API 510 (Pressure Vessels), API 570 (Piping), API 653 (Tanks), or NACE Corrosion certifications are pluses.

Strong understanding of mechanical integrity programs and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, inspection reports, and NDE data.

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
