Located in the heart of Naples, Florida, Forest Glen Golf & Country Club offers an exceptional golf and hospitality experience for both members and guests. As a bundled community with 799 residences, each household enjoys two memberships, fostering an active and vibrant membership year‑round. Our golf course, originally designed by Gordy Lewis in 1999, underwent renovations by Arthur Lewis in 2008 and most recently by renowned architect Ron Forse in 2024. With nearly half of the course winding through a protected nature preserve, golfers are treated to stunning views and frequent sightings of native wildlife such as bald eagles, deer, and alligators, making the Forest Glen experience truly unique. The club hosts approximately 50,000 rounds annually and supports a wide variety of active leagues catering to golfers of all ages and skill levels throughout the week. Experience Required
Exceptional communication skills both as an individual and in a team environment. PGA Member preferred. Must possess strong organizational, leadership and fast-thinking skills. Knowledge of GolfGenius, Jonas, Chelsea and TagMarshal is preferred, but not required. Background with Microsoft Office. Essential Responsibilities
Forest Glen is excited to offer a Full-Time, Year Round Assistant Golf Professional role with plans to start ASAP. This position is ideal for someone passionate about golf operations, with aspirations of becoming a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf, or General Manager. Of particular focus, we are looking for someone who has interest in expanding their golf knowledge with career aspirations to continue in the golf industry. What We're Looking For

Under the discretion of the Director of Golf & Head Golf Professional, this role's main aspects include, but are not limited to: Providing exemplary customer service to all members and guests Administration of: Chelsea Tee Sheet GHIN active roster Golf event execution using Golf Genius Pace of play monitoring with TagMarshal Processing & administration of merchandise into Jonas, and then merchandising the shop floor Assisting Outside Service team with hiring, training and scheduling Conducting daily line-ups with outside service team Coordination with superintendent for practice facility set-up Keeping an accurate log of bag storage Monthly inventory management of outside service supplies & what needs to be ordered Accurate log of demo & rental clubs Supporting our Tournament Director with: Weekly Men's 18 & 9 hole leagues. Weekly Ladies' 18 & 9 hole leagues. Offering high-quality golf instruction & club fitting to members Coordinating and assisting with monthly complimentary clinics Assisting our outside services team Actively playing golf with members and guests when possible Maintaining a strong understanding of club rules and regulations Scheduling
Full time, salary position - expected to work 11 days/2 week period Teaching opportunities during shifts and on days off (if desired) Golf shop closes at 5:00pm year-round (closed on Mondays in the summer) Team Culture
