CORE-CSI is a small business headquartered in Sterling, VA. We provide trusted and results‑oriented expertise to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Federal and Commercial customers across the US.
This is an opportunity to contribute and administer, design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions. You'll create and maintain complex workflows for process improvements and streamlining. You'll work with clients, stakeholders, and project management to analyze business and enterprise requirements, including applying expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2019 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in the IC, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint with user‑centric design. You'll develop your skills and learn how to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front‑end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.
Duties
Perform tracking and management of internal and external taskers
Prepare weekly tasker tracking reports for Source Leadership
Review taskers submissions from Source groups, review for quality and content in answering the questions and compile for a Source level response
Prepare Staff packages for the Source leadership in accordance to tasker guidelines
Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to NGA/Source guidance and policy
Employ effective written and verbal communication skills to efficiently work with individuals at all levels
Perform office level operational support
Developing and managing Inter‑Agency agreements
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word and PowerPoint) and especially Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to be able to inter‑relate and effectively present data metrics
Demonstrated experience in building complex formulas within Microsoft Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets
Demonstrated experience in verbal and written communication and coordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels
Demonstrated experience with Geospatial‑Intelligence sources and methods, and systems/tools
Demonstrated experience with Adobe PDF software
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Demonstrated experience to work independently or with little supervision
Demonstrated written communication skills to support project execution
