Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
Pay Grade: 16

Existing Facilities / Building management team is looking for an experienced
Facilities Mechanical Manager
to join our organization. This individual will work within a facilities environment and be a part of a team that oversees all aspects of building management.
Key Responsibilities: Travel required Project management or MEP expertise required General maintenance experience in a high tech facilitiesenvironment preferred. At least five years experience in the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building controls. Experience with power tools, ladders, hand tools, and related equipment. Computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Be familiar with the use of a smart phone. Experience with fire life panels; general operation and function. Assist with miscellaneous moves and equipment allocation (tables, chairs, etc). Some experience with motors, pumps, and controllers desirable. Professional image and excellent communication skills. Experience with CMMS work ticket systems and related processes. Ability to troubleshoot air conditioning systems and associated controls a plus. Additional duties as assigned by leadership. Interact and direct vendors who visit campus for PM or repairs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Subject matter experts in hard services with project management experience required 5 years’ experience of managing large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills
