Position Title: DIVISIONAL SAFETY MANAGER
Remote with Travel – Wayne, PA or Charlotte, NC
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Pay Grade: 15
Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary
The Division Safety Manager leads safety initiatives for their assigned ESFM division while working with the National Director, EHS and other Division Safety Managers to ensure a standardization of safety sector side. This role drives a learning safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports continuous improvement. The manager assists building a strong safety culture within the division, standardize safety practices to the sector, and serves as a strategic partner to division leadership. Reports directly to National Director, EHS with dotted line reporting to Division Vice President. Location

Recruit, train, and lead account or regional safety staff Set performance metrics and drive accountability down through the division Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture Compliance & Incident Response
Ensure adherence to OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA and other regulations Oversee incident investigations and review Corrective Actions and preventive measures Report safety data to leadership Training & Engagement
Support division safety training performance Promote proactive hazard identification and safe behaviors Lead safety committees and improvement initiatives Collaboration
Support sector wide safety initiatives at the discretion of leadership Participate in safety improvement projects and collaborate with other organizational safety professionals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field CSP, ASP or other credentials preferred 7-10 years experience in manufacturing and/or facilities management Strong analytical and investigative skills Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel up to 25% Strong collaboration skills Apply to ESFM Services today!
