The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Information Technology is looking for someone to become a part of our progressive team as an IT Operations & Support Analyst II (Configuration Management Specialist) in the Operations Bureau located in downtown
Boise . This position designs, develops, and applies technical expertise that support the organization's technical infrastructure and technology offerings. This includes systems, networks, servers, and other related technologies. It is responsible for designing, developing, testing, installing and/or deploying technologies, and work typically includes contingency planning, configuration management, direct maintenance and problem resolution. This is a challenging career opportunity for a highly trained, seasoned, and motivated professional. This position may be eligible for limited telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training and requires residency in Idaho. Ensure security patches and other updates are applied to statewide endpoints. Troubleshoot and re-mediate configuration conflicts at an enterprise level. Administer and configure various endpoint security management systems. Develop strategies and processes for managing department endpoint assets. Provide Tier 3 level customer support.
