We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead initiatives for a critical legacy application within Global Procurement-the Business Inventory and Control Systems Application. This system serves as the authoritative source for vendor information and contracts across all third-party vendors and requires continuous enhancements to support business needs. This role must sit in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities: • Drive Agile ceremonies (scrum, stand-ups, demos) while seamlessly managing Waterfall deliverables when required. • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to project leadership on a regular basis. • Collaborate across multiple teams-including technical PMs and Scrum Masters-to gather, analyze, and synthesize project status updates. • Proactively identify and resolve issues, going beyond simple status reporting to actively facilitate solutions. • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure strong, transparent communication with all stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of Project Management experience (background in waterfall project management as well as well-versed on Agile-Scrum) - JIRA experience is a very strong preference, as is MS Project competency - Hungry/eager to learn - Professional and confident - Great communication skills - Proactive approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - PM/CSM qualifications are a strong preference (PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe)
