Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager who can drive strategic alignment and execution across a complex application development initiatives for one of our financial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financials, risk mitigation, and technical project delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a technical mindset, capable of partnering closely with architects and tech managers to translate strategy into actionable deliverables. This role is 3x onsite in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience with application development projects • Prior experience working with burn rate reports, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively requesting additional funds when needed to meet strategic goals. • Ability to align financial oversight with project execution and communicate funding needs clearly to stakeholders • Excel proficiency (tracking, reporting, etc) • Jira expertise (storyboards, reporting, QA coordination) • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Technical aptitude or ability to understand and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders • Experience working in environments with limited tooling and high governance
