Job Description: The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day human resources support to employees and management, with a focus on employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for a bilingual HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a cohesive HR team. This will be the sole HR point of contact at this facility.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer and support HR programs including onboarding, leave management, and performance reviews. • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries. • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR data systems. • Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures. • Partner with management to support training, development, and engagement initiatives. • Help coordinate employee events and other HR-led activities. • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred. • 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting. • Bilingual in Spanish required. • SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach. • Experience using HR systems; ADP knowledge a plus. • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Additional Details: • 9–10 month assignment. • Fully onsite role, standard business hours.
