Addison Group . Addison Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our client in NOVA. This role will serve as a key HR partner. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the workforce, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in human resources within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, handling questions, concerns, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
Workplace Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, certification processes, and ongoing development programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and compensation structures.
Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and initiatives that strengthen HR operations.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources
Bilingual in Spanish
Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll/HR systems preferred.
Schedule & Location
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Location: Onsite in NOVA (must be within a reliable commute distance)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Full benefits package - PTO, Healthcare benefits, etc.
