Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks. - Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Answer and direct inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee receptionist duties, such as welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
