What You Do One of your key responsibilities is to work with the People and Culture leaders to prepare and deliver training in regulatory topics, hospitality education, leadership development, and more. Creating SOPs, teaching weekly refreshers at stand-ups, coaching service standards in active operations, and creating and delivering full trainings will be your primary focus. You will conduct guided trainings in collaboration with the People and Culture leaders, provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, and support in various other areas when needed. You will maintain strong knowledge of Forbes luxury standards, and communicate, schedule, and conduct trainings consistently and enthusiastically. You will also recruit for open positions in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
