Responsibilities
One of your key responsibilities is to work with the People and Culture leaders to prepare and deliver training in regulatory topics, hospitality education, leadership development, and more. You will:
- Create SOPs, teach weekly refreshers at stand-ups, coach service standards in active operations, and create and deliver full trainings.
- Conduct guided trainings in collaboration with People and Culture leaders and provide administrative support to the People and Culture team.
- Support in various other areas as needed and maintain strong knowledge of Forbes luxury standards.
- Communicate, schedule, and conduct trainings consistently and enthusiastically.
- Recruit for open positions in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications
Who you are You are warm, engaging, and able to train others in hospitality topics. You are a natural connector who can recruit in the local market and train a team in alignment with luxury standards. You likely have experience with Marriott-brand training and at least 2 years of hospitality, recruiting, and/or administrative experience. Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide Luxury Standards is a plus. You are proficient with basic technology (Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, Word) and have strong communication and training skills. Applicants with no experience in hospitality or service are not considered.
