As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Milgard in the field, providing expert service to our customers. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain windows and doors, ensuring every visit reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections of windows and doorsDiagnose and repair product issues with precisionCommunicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve concernsDocument service visits and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolutionMaintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventoryFollow safety standards and company policiesRecommend preventative maintenance and upgrades to customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)Proven experience as a service technician in the window/door industry (Milgard experience preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPhysical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs About Us
