Summary
Join Milgard Windows and Doors as a Production Assembler in our Vinyl Specials line. You’ll be responsible for constructing windows and patio doors across all phases of assembly. Success in this role requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency to meet departmental goals.

Timely Delivery Complete tasks on time to ensure customer satisfaction. Core Values Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Safety Compliance Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
Qualifications Experience1+ year in Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure Experience using hand and power tools SkillsBasic math skills including fractions and addition/subtraction Ability to read and write in English Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills Education High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
