Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our team on a temporary 6-month assignment. This role will support core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, recruiting coordination, and HR process improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with managers and employees, and can quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance improvement, and policy interpretation. Support compliance with employment laws and internal company standards.
Onboarding & Offboarding Manage full onboarding lifecycle, including new-hire setup, background checks, orientation scheduling, and documentation. Ensure a smooth offboarding process, coordinating exit interviews, system deactivations, and final documentation. Partner with IT, Payroll, and Facilities to ensure all onboarding/offboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Recruiting Support Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to post jobs, schedule interviews, and support candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruiting experience. Support workforce planning and temporary staffing coordination as needed.
HR Operations & Projects Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. Assist with data reporting, HR audits, and compliance tracking. Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience. Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels. Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, Greenhouse). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
