Position Overview: A nationally recognized mechanical and industrial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction operations in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Lead project teams including field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams to support project setup and execution. Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in mechanical or industrial sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
