Class B CDL Delivery Driver - American Welding & Gas

American Welding & Gas, Inc. ("AWG") has an immediate opportunity for a Class B CDL Delivery Driver in Appleton, WI. This position requires a Class B CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsements.

• Moves, loads, and unloads empty/full cylinders safely and efficiently
• Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering CO2 and cryogenic liquids in transport tankers and/or cryogenic vessels
• Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Comply with all DOT+OSHA Regulations
• Ensures appropriate preparation and/or completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets
• Ensure vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled
• Maintain electronic trip-logs
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicle
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Class B CDL Required with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Able to read and write English
• Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.)
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Assessment and company administered road test
• Ability to communicate with customers Drug Free work environment.
