Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investments, ensuring alignment with financial goals and ROI targets. Manage compliance, risk, and audit processes, including SOX readiness and interactions with external auditors and private equity stakeholders. Drive M&A opportunities, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition value enhancement. Implement ERP systems and financial controls to enhance efficiency across operations. Provide executive insights on pricing, margins, and market trends to inform board-level strategies. Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance role at a PE-backed company; Big 4 public accounting background required. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Skills:
Proven track record in financial strategy for high-growth consumer brands. Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.
