Job Summary:
We seek a strategic CFO with Big 4 public accounting expertise to lead financial operations, drive value creation, and partner with private equity investors to scale a high-growth portfolio company. This role offers significant equity upside and focuses on optimizing financial strategy in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and investor relations.
Lead financial modeling, capital allocation, and cash flow management to optimize working capital and fund growth initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investments, ensuring alignment with financial goals and ROI targets.
Manage compliance, risk, and audit processes, including SOX readiness and interactions with external auditors and private equity stakeholders.
Drive M&A opportunities, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition value enhancement.
Implement ERP systems and financial controls to enhance efficiency across operations.
Provide executive insights on pricing, margins, and market trends to inform board-level strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance role at a PE-backed company; Big 4 public accounting background required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Skills: Proven track record in financial strategy for high-growth consumer brands.
Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.
Strong leadership presence with experience managing teams and advising C-suite/executive boards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities in fast-paced environments.
