Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company vision and growth objectives. Lead AL Homes’ brand positioning across competitive real estate markets. Drive acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing across diverse customer segments. Set clear KPIs and performance frameworks to track ROI and impact. Brand & Reputation Management
Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints—digital, in-person, and media. Build AL Homes’ reputation as a trusted residential real estate leader. Develop and maintain strategic brand partnerships to extend reach. Public Relations & Corporate Communications
Lead company-wide PR and media strategy to elevate visibility and credibility. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Oversee press releases, media outreach, executive visibility, and press events. Manage crisis communications and brand protection protocols. Drive community relations, CSR communications, and reputation monitoring. Serve as spokesperson or designate representatives as needed. Lead digital transformation across web, social, paid media, and marketing automation. Implement data-driven strategies leveraging analytics and market intelligence. Explore emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Oversee CRM and digital engagement ecosystems. Build and scale a high-performing marketing and communications organization. Foster collaboration, creativity, and operational discipline. Allocate resources effectively across campaigns, PR, and brand initiatives. Conduct ongoing research on customer behavior, competitive landscape, and market shifts. Deliver insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and messaging. Track PR performance metrics such as share of voice, sentiment, and media impact. Internal Communications
Lead internal messaging to ensure alignment across departments. Support executive communications and employer branding in partnership with HR. Budget & Performance Management
Own marketing and PR budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable returns. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including 5+ at the senior level. 5+ years in PR/corporate communications with proven press coverage success. Real estate, homebuilding, or adjacent industry experience strongly preferred. Core Competencies
