Retail Field Sales Manager . Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: Hourly pay $27.00 Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, retail store hours

Job Description Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement

Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely and efficient store visits across multiple channel locations

Store Visit Guidelines: Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners

Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories

Product Expertise: Demonstrate expertise on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem, with ability to show key features and benefits

Merchandising and Brand Standards: Oversee display merchandising, adhering to brand standards and visual presentation requirements

Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct training sessions on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem

KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out through planning and execution

Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Build and maintain relationships with store managers to align sales objectives and collaborate on goals

Field Execution: Drive field initiatives through daily store visits across multiple channel locations

Necessary Skills and Attributes Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet/exceed expectations

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with understanding of retail dynamics

Adaptability in dynamic environments with mental and business agility

Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees

Professional image and demeanor aligned with Samsung’s values

Qualifications 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage

Daily Travel required, may include overnight stays

Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems
