Camas, WA (onsite with periodic travel to regional sites) Overview We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to lead all aspects of people operations for a growing, global manufacturing and technology organization. This is a key leadership role focused on building high-performing teams, scaling HR programs, and partnering with executives to drive organizational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping a company’s culture, talent, and future. Responsibilities Oversee global HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Lead and mentor a distributed HR team across multiple U.S. and international locations. Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals. Develop and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and programs that support company growth. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and performance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and support governance and reporting activities for executive leadership. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or related industries. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, and best practices across U.S. and international locations. Proven experience leading HR in a multi-site or global organization.
