The Director of Construction (Plumbing) is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves managing teams, budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities
Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including initial planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, and construction. Managing and leading construction teams, including project managers, site managers, and other construction professionals. Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. Developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other relevant parties. Track and promote revenue growth as well as drive and promote new relationships with the team. Weekly review of the WIP, track KPIs, and help be a strategic partner to the President. Qualifications
5-10+ years of extensive experience in Commercial Plumbing Construction management Ability to work with various industries to efficiently oversee diverse construction projects Proven leadership and management skills. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
