Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be the face of Oldcastle for MoistureShield and RDI brands in the specified territory (Connecticut & Rhode Island). The role works with the Regional Sales Director to implement processes that develop business in the traditional 2-step distribution channel. Job Location
This is a remote position where the candidate must live in either Connecticut or Rhode Island. Job Responsibilities
Improve and lead the assigned territory to increase sales at Retail lumber yards and assist with PKs and special orders of MoistureShield and RDI brands throughout the territory. Lead and coordinate sales functions. Coordinate and conduct training on products for store personnel. Represent MoistureShield and attend trade shows to promote products. Investigate and, if applicable, resolve customer claims to reinforce relationships with customers and local stores. Coordinate liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition. Responsible for pull-through sales to builders, architects and homeowners. Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5+ years of related sales experience. Experience in the building materials space is a plus. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% with some overnight travel.
