Senior Fund Accountant

EisnerAmper . We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) practice. The role is based in multiple offices and requires thriving in a growing environment while delivering exceptional services to clients. What Work You Will Be Responsible For
Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationships Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Statement of Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to Financial Statements Prepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals Prepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&L Prepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocations Calculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor notices Reconcile cash balances daily for multiple accounts Calculate quarter end final and estimated NAVs Support the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditors Train and mentor junior staff Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required 2+ years of private equity fund accounting or audit experience Preferred/Desired Qualifications
CPA or parts passed towards completion Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field Experience using Yardi and/or MRI Must be based in tri-state area with flexibility to work remotely About EisnerAmper

Preferred Location: New York. For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 80,000 and 115,000 USD. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
