You will conduct regular patrols, stay visible to provide reassurance, and respond promptly to security-related situations. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to established protocols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential incidents within the government facility. Assist with access control and check identification to verify entry authorization when required. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services personnel when needed. Complete detailed and accurate reports on security-related incidents and daily activities. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal at the government location. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program. Possess an armed guard card or license as required by law. Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Possess a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
