Annual Bonus Origin Staffing | Recruiting Manager – Accounting, Finance, Tax & Audit We’re partnering with a highly respected global private equity firm that’s looking to add an FP&A Manager to its growing finance team. This role supports the firm’s public investments and consumer services business units and offers the chance to work side-by-side with talented leaders who truly invest in their people.

It’s an ideal opportunity for an FP&A professional, or someone with a Big 4 audit or advisory background who wants to move beyond reporting and step into finance. Responsibilities Compile analysis for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and help translate business changes into financial impact. Partner with key stakeholders to align reporting, budgeting, and compensation planning. Record journal entries and perform management vs. tax-basis adjustments as needed. Support leadership with financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and presentation materials. Your Background 5+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, with at least one year leading or mentoring others. Big 4 or large public accounting experience preferred — especially those ready to pivot into finance. Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally curious — someone who enjoys solving problems and learning the “why” behind the numbers.
