This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Boston’s most prestigious private investment firms in a highly visible FP&A role. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leadership across the organization. 3 days in office / 2 days remote Compensation:

Lead analysis and reporting for the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes Partner closely with business unit leaders to develop and refine multi-year financial plans Collaborate with the compensation, corporate finance, and accounting teams on daily initiatives Prepare journal entries and reconcile management vs. tax basis P&Ls Deliver actionable insights to leadership through financial modeling and variance analysis Support ongoing ad hoc projects and strategic planning initiatives Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or a related finance environment, including at least one year in a managerial capacity Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging across all levels of the organization Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau a plus CPA, MBA, or experience within private equity, credit, or financial services environments highly desirable
