Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end supply chain processes using integrated information systems and advanced business intelligence regarding new products, promotions and market transitions; execute supply chain strategies in line with organizational objectives for scalability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation; set annual and long-term key performance indicators (KPI’s) for inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve metrics at SKU level; lead budgeting and financial planning for the supply chain division; collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Finance teams to integrate new product launches into supply plans; evaluate and implement new AI and data analytics tools to support inventory planning, procurement, vendor performance, and item mix analysis; oversee the design and implementation of Infor ERP systems and forecasting tools; lead automation initiatives for supply chain reporting, dashboards, and information management to enable data-driven decision-making for brand-focused initiatives; evaluate demand planning models to improve forecasts and optimize supply and demand plans; identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing; negotiate contracts with new suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve cost reductions while maintaining high product quality.

Requirements

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Supply Chain Systems Developer, Supply Chain Planning Manager, or a related supply chain planning role in the beauty/personal care industry. Experience must include: demand planning, pricing, sourcing, and inventory management; Oracle EBS modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Order Management, and Bill of Materials; Sage ERP functionality, algorithms, rules, and filters; Wrike and JIRA; reporting and data analysis with Tableau and Google Suite; vendor negotiations; and information management for procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution.

May work from home within the U.S. Rate of Pay: $169,270 to $175,000 per year. Principals only. EOE.
