E-Therapy We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to PreK-12 students. Join a team committed to improving students’ communication skills and delivering high-quality therapy in school settings.
Position Details Start Date: ASAP for the 25/26 school year
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Grade Levels: TK - 8th grade students
Compensation: Starting at $56/hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: Onsite in San Jose, California

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other settings.
Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Current ASHA certification
Passionate about working with K-12 students
Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric SLP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology (preferred)
