Position Overview E-Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to K‑12 students across PreK‑12 schools nationwide. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy, collaborate with teachers and parents, and contribute to IEP development.

Position Details

Start Date: ASAP – Mid‑December 2025

Hours: Full‑time (35 hours/week)

Grade Levels: 9‑12th grade students

Compensation: Starting at $59.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.

Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.

Provide direct therapy, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ communication goals in classroom settings.

Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions.

Monitor progress and adjust plans to facilitate optimal outcomes.

Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Current ASHA certification required.

Passionate about working with K‑12 students.

Experience providing speech‑language therapy in a school or pediatric setting.

Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with students, parents, and school staff.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology (preferred).
