Job Description The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for enabling SteriCUBE’s sales organization to scale efficiently and hit revenue targets. This role combines sales analytics, CRM ownership, and process optimization. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to ensure SteriCUBE’s go-to-market execution is consistent, data‑driven, and customer-focused.
Products SteriCUBE’s patented sterilization system allows hospitals and surgery centers to process multiple instrument trays simultaneously, reducing turnaround time and eliminating the inefficiencies of traditional blue wrap. Designed for high‑volume orthopedic and spine procedures, SteriCUBE improves OR efficiency, ensures consistent tray readiness, and delivers measurable value to SPD teams, surgeons, and hospital leadership alike.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus).
2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles.
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker preferred).
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience in healthcare, medtech, or capital equipment sales is a plus.

Build, analyze, and maintain performance dashboards to track pipeline, bookings, and utilization of SteriCUBE systems.
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership for forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
Identify trends and bottlenecks in the sales cycle and propose process improvements.
CRM Ownership & Optimization
Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adoption across the sales team.
Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
Process & Workflow Enablement
Standardize and document sales processes aligned with implementation, customer success, and field service.
Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
Drive workflow improvements that support increased utilization of SteriCUBE.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Sales team to align CRM usage, territory planning, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement needs.
Work with Marketing to ensure lead management and campaign attribution are properly tracked in CRM.
Partner with Field Service and Customer Success to align post‑sale workflows and reporting.
Support leadership with strategic projects such as territory expansion and sales resource allocation.
Compensation Information
Competitive base salary: $120-150k
Location
Anywhere in the US, preferably Central or Eastern time zones.
